John Bouros, born in Athens has graduated from University of Reading in BA Business-Economics and MSc in Health Care Management from Surrey Business School in the UK. Following a career in Business Development roles and among others at Pharmathen SA and Venture-Life PLC, holding senior positions based both in Athens and in London.

Under John’s leadership, Alvion is becoming one of the fastest growing R&D pharmaceutical companies in Southern Europe, supporting the development of a vertically integrated and international operation.

Ciaran has 20 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. His career started in customer service and planning roles, and he progressed quickly into senior management positions in Business Development and Operations in both PLC and privately owned businesses.

Ciaran holds a BA from The University of Limerick, an MBA from The University of Liverpool, and a C.P.I.M. professional qualification from APICS.
